Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any part of your order, please contact us at shopify_partners@email.spreetail.com. We’re here to help and will make it right.

We accept returns up to 14 days from the delivery date.

Returns

Should you choose to return your order, we offer a simple return process. Please contact shopify_partners@email.spreetail.com to request a return. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label with instructions for sending your item(s) back.

Please note that a $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using the prepaid label. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you prefer not to use the prepaid return label, you may ship the item(s) back using your own carrier. In this case, return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment, less the $12 return shipping fee.
